Jeremy Johnson
SVP, Chief Actuary & Chief Risk Officer
Jeremy joined Berkley in June 2013 and is responsible for all aspects of pricing and reserving for Berkley Healthcare Medical Professional.
Prior to joining Berkley, Jeremy served as a consulting actuary, with a focus on the healthcare professional liability industry. He has provided consulting services for a number of large academic hospitals and health systems, including work done for their self-insurance trusts as well as domestic and offshore captives. His work centered on designing statistical models to help healthcare providers better understand and manage their risks.
Jeremy graduated with a BA from Northwestern University and has an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management. He is also a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
